Servings: 3 Prep time: 30 minutes Total time: 1 hr
Ingredients:
3 Cups White Rice (not brown rice)
3 Tablespoon Brewed Saffron
½ Cup Butter or oil
Directions:
1. Soak the rice in water and salt for 30 minutes ( you can also soak the rice overnight). Then, wash the rice and pour some water into the pot (add enough water to cover a finger at a height of a knuckle).
2. Mix the oil, brewed saffron, and salt and add them to the rice and mix them again.
3. Turn on the heat and put the pot on the heat and give the water a boil. Stir several times during this time. When the water is absorbed into the rice, remove it from the heat and cover the pot so that the rice cooks.
4. After 10 minutes your rice is ready! You can serve it with meat or chicken.
Some Zarlux Tips For Brewing Saffron:
You can brew saffron with ice! This new method multiplies the color of saffron. You can use a piece of ice to multiply the color of the saffron. Put the amount of saffron that is needed in a bowl and put it on that piece of ice and put it aside. Wait until the ice melts completely and Takes on the shape of a liquid.
