How to Use
Crumble saffron threads into mortar and pestle, and grind into a fine powder consistency. Add about 2 tablespoons of hot water to saffron and dissolve until the water becomes deep-orange in color. After dissolving the saffron will be ready to add to your dish.
Steep instructions: steep full saffron stamen for 15 minutes in hot water (between 160° F/71° C and 170°F/77°C). When the liquid has changed to deep orange color, it is ready to be added to your desired dish.
