How to Use
Firstly, use a mortar and pestle to grind the Negin saffron into a fine powder. You may add a pinch of coarse sugar for better abrasion. Then, dissolve the saffron powder in a small amount of hot water to release the color and aroma. Add to your food as desired.
Alternatively, steep full saffron stamen in hot water at about 160° F (71° C) for about 15 minutes. Once the liquid changes to deep orange color, you can add it to your desired dish.
